M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing and hiring a Field Superintendent to lead roofing and exterior production in the Arlington Heights market.
This is our top priority hire due to growth and internal promotions.
If you have experience supervising roofing crews, managing jobsite quality, and holding teams accountable to timelines and code compliance - this is a strong leadership opportunity with realistic bonus potential.
Compensation

$75,000 base salary

Up to $22,000 annual bonus opportunity

Responsibilities
Field Supervision & Quality Control
-
Perform jobsite inspections on roofing and exterior projects
-
Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes
-
Conduct water testing, adhesion testing, and leak diagnostics
-
Inspect sloped and flat roofs (up to 2.5 stories) and attic spaces
-
Document job progress with photos and notes in company systems
Production & Crew Management

Supervise Install Partners and Project Managers
-
Ensure projects stay on schedule and hit install dates
-
Monitor production metrics and job completion standards
-
Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction (measured through Broadly)
-
Identify recurring field issues and implement solutions
Operational Execution
-
Complete daily billing and production paperwork
-
Acquire permits when necessary
-
Respond to customer and internal communication within 24 hours
-
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
-
3+ years experience in roofing or exterior construction supervision
-
Proven leadership experience managing crews in the field

Strong understanding of roofing systems and install techniques

Ability to read contracts and ensure code compliance
-
Conversational Spanish preferred (or actively working toward it)

Must live within 25 miles of Arlington Heights
Physical Requirements

Lift up to 80 lbs intermittently, 40 lbs regularly

Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Climb ladders and walk on sloped and flat roof surfaces

Navigate attic spaces
