$50–$65/hour + performance spiffs
Top performers earn $9,000+ per month in bonuses

🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll diagnose issues, present solutions, and deliver high-quality repairs while building trust with homeowners.

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Present options to customers and help them make confident buying decisions
Install, maintain, and repair water and gas lines, fixtures, and appliances
Ensure all work meets local codes and quality standards
Manage your calls efficiently and work independently in the field
Communicate with dispatch, managers, and support teams
Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Participate in the on-call rotation
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
Attend ongoing training to sharpen skills and increase performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred)
Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping—not pressuring
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Military experience welcomed and encouraged
