The Lutheran Home is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, with full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call schedules available.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
What You'll Need:
Required:
- Current Illinois RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long term care
Preferred:
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Pay & Compensation
Compensation varies based on experience, employment status, and benefit election:
- Benefit-Eligible Full-Time & Part-Time: $33.46–$34.04/hour, based on years of experience
- Full-Time – Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB): $45.00/hour
- PRN/On-Call/Seasonal (4+ shifts): $43.00/hour + shift differentials
Additional shift differentials may apply based on scheduled shift.
