Job Responsibilities: Complete help desk functions by providing technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Coordinate off-site, outside agency service and installation visits Provide routine and preventive maintenance on equipment Provide training materials on system software QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma - Required Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Full Time Benefits Package: Group term life insurance and long-term disability insurance (fully paid for by Clearbrook!)
