Mental Health Clinical Therapist II

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Mental Health Therapist II
  • Location: 901 W Kirchhoff Rd. Arlington Heights, IL.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, Hours vary upon the need of the department

General Summary:

Reporting to the Director of LOMG Counseling Services and/or LOMG Practice Manager, provides quality clinical therapeutic services to patient populations and their families/significant others in a physician office or other settings (NCH/MG).  The Clinical Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy assuring the delivery of quality treatment.  Orienting and mentoring new staff to the program. 

What you will need:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related program required, Psy D. preferred.
  • License: Current State of Illinois License with a minimum of four letters which may include LCSW, LCPC or LMFT required.
  • Certification: Current CPR certification. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
