ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Proactively greet all arriving and departing guests to the event.
Transport guests safely from Rangers' parking lots to their destination using golf carts.
Be knowledgeable of the layout of the ballpark.
Provide general information to guests to improve their game day experience.
Educate guests on events/promotions in/and around the ballpark on day of event.
Operate radio equipment to communicate with various area of the venue.
All other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent customer service experience.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Must be able to pass a golf cart safety test and be trained to operate the golf cart.
Ability to lift, pull, push and/or carry 15 pounds as necessary.
Physical ability to walk, run and/or stand for up to 4-6 hours.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
