About the Role:

The Social Services professional with valid state licensure or certification plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families to improve their well-being and quality of life. This position involves assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and connecting clients with appropriate community resources and services. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and advocacy for vulnerable populations. The professional will also monitor client progress, provide counseling, and maintain detailed documentation to comply with regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification in social work or a related social services field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of community resources and social service programs within the United States.

Responsibilities:
