RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a high-performing Business Development RepresentativeĀ to drive revenue growth in the Baltimore/MDĀ market. Weāre looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experience and a proven track record of winning new businessāespecially in construction tech, equipment, or industrial solutions.

š What Youāll Do:
Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and social media
Deliver tailored presentations that clearly communicate ROI and client-specific value
Track and manage deals through every stage using our CRM system
Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility owners
Consistently hit and exceed your sales targetsāno cap on your commission potential
Provide post-sale training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Stay current on industry trends, tech updates, and competitive offerings
Represent RPG at customer sites, industry events, and demos throughout the territory
šÆ What Weāre Looking For:
5+ years of proven success in B2B outside salesĀ (preferably selling capital equipment and solutions)
Strong background in construction, equipment, or technology sales a plus
A true hunter mentalityāyouāre proactive, persistent, and results-focused
Polished communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing a pipeline through CRM tools
Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel within territory for in-person meetings and demos
Tech-savvy and comfortable with presenting digital tools and solutions
