Customer Service Representative (Front Desk)

The Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide customer and facility support at Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center. The CSR will be expected to assess customers’ needs,  refer to the appropriate program resource, and recognize and respond to emergency situations. This position reports to an Assistant Manager.
