Description:
Solutions3 LLC is supporting a U.S. Government Prime Contractor and its customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats.
Solutions3 LLC is seeking an experienced and technically proficient DevOps Engineers to automate, optimize, and enhance the deployment and management of Bespin cloud engagement kits. These positions focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, maintaining source control repositories, and implementing infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and stable deployments.
 
Eligibility:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability prior to starting employment  
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or software engineering roles
Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated engagement kit deployment
  • Manage source control and code repositories for infrastructure configurations
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources
  • Enhance kit capabilities through automation and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with architects and administrators to streamline deployment processes
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
  • Support troubleshooting and performance optimization during active operations
  • Maintain version control and change management processes
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort
  • Ensure consistency and repeatability across engagement kit deployments
  • Participate in security hardening and compliance automation efforts
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and APIs
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Knowledge of security automation and compliance-as-code
  • Experience supporting operational or mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Background in software development or systems engineering
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Desired Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
