Individuals in this role ensure client satisfaction and that project teams deliver service excellence by identifying, understanding and addressing key client business issues. Â The AVP serves as an officer in charge with the responsibility to strategically grow company business areas and capabilities, and ability to commit Commonwealth to contractual obligations with our clients, and hire and separate employees. Â Responsibilities Manage client delivery and oversee quality of performance and deliverables for all projects within the account. Manage client and partner relationships to maximize portfolio performance and potential growth. Survey clients for feedback on customer satisfaction and project team performance Develop credibility and trust with senior or C-level clients and stakeholders by demonstrating expertise, aligning around shared goals and acting as a strategic advisor. Partner with Commonwealth leadership team to develop and implement operational and strategic goals Manage overall division/portfolio financials and forecasts. Grow and manage a line of business to include large client organizations and capabilities/solutions. Lead strategic corporate initiatives. Influences others by providing actionable and real time feedback to translate vision into action. Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and grow team, track performance and hold team accountable to annually established goals. Support management team development through coaching, mentoring and skill development. Build teams capable of developing new insights into situations; question conventional approaches; encourage new ideas; and design and implement new programs/processes that drive meaningful change. Identify risks and offer solutions to risks associated with corporate culture, retaining, and attracting staff. QualificationsKey Requirements 8-12 years in management consulting or specialized industry with directly relevant certifications such as Prosci or in Executive Leadership and Coaching 15+ years relevant work experience, including leading and growing a $10-15M book of business Relevant Bachelors degree, with a Masters degree preferred Proven success managing teams and successfully navigating client relationships Advanced problem-solving, executive communication and financial acumen
