We are looking for a B2B Website Manager to own our website as the primary tool for generating wholesale account leads, supporting existing buyers, and showcasing our product catalog. This role blends CMS management, B2B e-commerce/ordering portal oversight, content, and analytics — with an eye toward the specific compliance and catalog demands of the supplement industry. The Ideal candidate would be a team player working closely with our Sales and QA teams. To make sure the Website consistently drives new qualified wholesale account applications and improves existing account reorder/portal usage. As well as overseeing that the product/catalog data stays accurate and in sync with inventory and pricing systems. To make sure the sales, regulatory, and product teams see the site as a reliable, well-maintained asset that supports growth.  Specific Job Duties: Own website strategy and roadmap focused on new wholesale account acquisition and retention of existing buyer accounts. Manage day-to-day site updates: product catalog pages, new SKU launches, line sheets, wholesale pricing tiers/login-gated pricing, and account application forms. Maintain and troubleshoot the B2B ordering portal / net-terms account login experience, working with dev or platform vendor (e.g., Shopify Plus B2B, BigCommerce B2B Edition) as needed. Ensure product pages reflect accurate, current, and compliant information, including Supplement Facts panels, ingredient lists, allergen statements, and claims that align with FDA/FTC/DSHEA regulations (working closely with regulatory/QA teams. Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams on trade show landing pages, new product launch campaigns, seasonal catalogs, and gated content (spec sheets, certificates of analysis, wholesale line cards). Monitor site performance (traffic, lead conversion, portal login/reorder rates, bounce rates, page speed) via GA4, HubSpot, or similar. Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives on account application flows and product/category pages. Ensure SEO best practices across product and category pages critically given the high SKU count and search volume for ingredient/formulation terms. Manage integrations between the website, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), inventory systems, and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate product data, inventory availability, pricing, customer account information, and secure synchronization across business systems. Manage website/tooling budget and vendor relationships. Report KPIs (new account applications, portal adoption, reorder rate, organic traffic) to marketing and sales leadership. All other tasks as assigned by Threshold management. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Required: 3–6 years managing a B2B or B2B2C website, ideally in CPG, wholesale distribution, food/beverage, or supplements/nutraceuticals. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms, including product, pricing, customer, inventory, and order data synchronization. Strong working knowledge of CMS/e-commerce platforms with B2B functionality (Shopify Plus, BigCommerce B2B Edition, WordPress + WooCommerce B2B, or similar). Experience managing large product catalogs (hundreds to thousands of SKUs) and coordinating catalog data with ERP/inventory systems. Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar/Clarity). Understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially for high-SKU e-commerce/catalog sites. Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; ability to communicate effectively with developers. Comfortable working alongside regulatory/QA teams on labeling and claims accuracy (Supplement Facts, allergens, structure/function claims). Strong project management skills across sales, regulatory, design, and development stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with A/B testing and CRO experience. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Skills and/or Training Desired: Experience with wholesale/net-terms account portals or distributor-specific e-commerce. Familiarity with FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements or prior CPG regulatory-adjacent experience. Background in trade shows or retailer-facing marketing (natural products/health food industry trade shows, e.g., Natural Products Expo). Experience with PIM (product information management) systems.
