Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. Nightwing is seeking a Business Analyst to support this critical customer mission.Â

The Business Analyst will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.Â

Responsibilities:Â
-Â Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholdersÂ
-Â Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilotsÂ
-Â Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetingsÂ
-Â Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirementsÂ
-Â Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertionsÂ
- Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiativesÂ
-Â Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholdersÂ
-Â Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automationÂ
-Â Support governance review processes with business impact analysisÂ
-Â Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomesÂ
-Â Create stakeholder communications and status reportsÂ
-Â Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycleÂ
-Â Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentationÂ
-Â Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processesÂ

Required Skills:Â
- U.S. CitizenshipÂ
- Active DoD Secret; TS/SCI preferredÂ
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) SuitabilityÂ
-Â 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analystÂ
-Â Strong requirements gathering and documentation skillsÂ
-Â Experience with use case development and user story creationÂ
-Â Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologiesÂ
-Â Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skillsÂ
-Â Experience with project coordination and trackingÂ
-Â Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
-Â Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniquesÂ
-Â Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
