VCA City Cats Hospital is hiring a full time Experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team!

Located in beautiful Arlington Massachusetts, we are proud to serve the communities of Arlington, Cambridge, Somerville, Boston, and surrounding areas.
 

About Us

We are a busy 6-doctor full service feline exclusive veterinary hospital open 6 days a week.  We provide top quality veterinary services including wellness exams, preventative care, vaccines, diagnostic services, surgical procedures, spays, neuters, dental procedures and mass removals. VCA City Cats is also a boarding facility with overnight accommodations available for cats.

Compensation: Is $20.00 - $29 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
 

What You'll Do

Whether you are a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) technician in training, or veterinary assistant, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

·         Compassionate patient care

·         Client education and communication

·         Patient assessment

·         Anesthesia and surgery assisting

·         Radiology

·         Dentistry

·         Catheter placement

·         Venipuncture

·         Laboratory work

·         Pharmacy

·         Medical recordkeeping
