The Configuration Analyst will be supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC LANT) and U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) programs.
This person must work at one of the following Government and/or SAIC locations: Arlington, VA, Ft. Meade, MD, or North Charleston, SC.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the CM Lead in establishing and maintaining a CM process for controlling hardware, software, documentation, media, and parts
- Identify, document, and verify the functional, performance, and physical characteristics of systems and their interfaces
- Support stakeholders in managing change control processes, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Deviation (RFD), and Notices of Revision (NOR)
- Assist the Configuration Management Lead in planning, conducting, and documenting Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to ensure system compliance and accuracy
- Manage and maintain hardware and software configuration data using government systems, such as the DoD IT Portfolio Repository (DITPR)
