You will lead a team of analysts responsible for creating data-driven analysis, practice tools, and content for an audience of legal and tax professionals. You will recommend, design, and lead cross-team projects to support the broader roadmap and strategy for Bloomberg Industry Group’s research products. Ideally you possess subject-matter knowledge of one or more areas of commercial transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, AI and technology transactions, cross-border trade, supply chain transactions, or banking and financial services regulation.

What You Will Do: 

  • Work with the Senior Team Lead to form and manage highly efficient project-based teams that create and deliver unique, recurring, technology-enhanced tools and content for the markets served by the business.
  • Oversee the creation of content and thought leadership in your area of subject matter expertise that assists tax and legal practitioners, both in terms of substance and workflows, to undertake their work more efficiently and to learn more quickly.
  • Collaborate within and across teams to develop, curate, and maintain unique content and analysis ideas. 
  • Engage in thought leadership through interactions with customers, as well as participation at industry conferences and events, webinars, and social media.
  • Communicate with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to facilitate a cycle of feedback and new content ideas directly from the customers. 

You Need to Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Specialized education, such as a J.D. or graduate degree, preferred. 
  • 2-5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in solving customer problems in the legal, tax, and financial markets.
  • 1+ years of experience successfully managing a team of Individual contributors working on large-scale projects in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage change and drive a group. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, influence the direction of content, communicate effectively. 
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines. 

Compensation Range:

$85,000.00-$120,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
