CTA Foundation Intern 

(Full-time/Long-term Internship) 

 

Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.

 

Approximate Duration: September 2026 through April 2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.

 

Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.


Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile Unlocked Award, Shalam Award and Pitch Competition applications for committee review
  • Track registrations for various Foundation activities at CES
  • Research CES exhibitors to build the show floor tour list
  • Draft and post thought leadership content to build a steady flow of updates before CES
  • Check in guests, support event set up and greet guests at events during CES
  • Support the Foundation's grant review process during the Spring cycle
  • Take on other CES planning tasks and Foundation projects throughout the year
      

Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Must possess strong organizational skills and have attention for detail.
  • Must demonstrate ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be customer/team oriented, and be able to work with all staff levels.
  • Must have a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Additional Information:

  • Travel to CES 2027 is required.
  • PAID Internship.
