JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Custodian Supervisor is responsible for supervising Custodians (Caretakers) and performing a wide variety of custodial duties. Duties include:
Oversee and coordinate the work of custodial staff
Train and supervise custodial team
Inspect facilities regularly to determine necessary maintenance and cleaning
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and sufficiently stocked
Ensure safety and health regulations are followed
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed
Interact with clients or building tenants to address concerns and receive feedback
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines
Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests
Prepare reports on cleaning operations and status of facilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (G.E.D.) and three years of custodial experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Salary Range:
$17.77-22.25/hr.
