Deputy Program Manager - Operations

GovCIO is currently hiring for Deputy Program Manager for Operations with an active Secret clearance to direct all phases of operations' programs from inception through completion. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a hybrid position. 

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems of major programs. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

• Drafts artifacts for PM review and approval prior to delivering to government customer, including the PMP and Agile Roadmap.
• Collaborates with Team Leads to ensure that program level management standards are applied across all program functional areas.
• Provides administrative support with timekeeping and reporting, approval routing, scheduling, status reporting, records management, cross-team facilitation, and related support.

Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
