Fun and Stable In-House Therapy Team!

Arlington Residence & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time therapist (PT, OT, ST, OTA or PTA)  to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a therapy leader who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to help your therapists develop programs in balance, mobility cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. 


Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 85 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas. We believe in the power of in-house therapy, giving our patients and residents moments of joy each day, in developing and empowering our leaders and in sharing a fierce commitment to quality of care.
