FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Full-Time)

Tri-Star Transport is hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in Arlington, TX!

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $160 per day (approximately $800 per week based on a 5-day workweek)
• Full-Time Position
• Start Time: 7:45 AM
• Flexible scheduling
• Weekend availability required
• Operations run 7 days per week

Job Responsibilities

As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you will safely operate a FedEx branded delivery vehicle while delivering excellent customer service to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate FedEx branded step vans and box trucks
• Deliver and pick up packages on an assigned route
• Load and unload packages at the terminal when necessary
• Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to complete deliveries
• Organize packages for efficient route completion
• Follow all DOT, FedEx, and company safety regulations
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude throughout the day

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, including delivery driving, courier services, moving, landscaping, towing, or rideshare driving
• Have a clean driving record with no major violations within the past 3 years
• Be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a 7-year background check
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Have reliable transportation
• Be dependable with excellent attendance
• Be available to work weekends

• Courier or package delivery
• Moving companies
• Landscaping
• Towing
• Box truck or step van driving
• Commercial delivery driving
