SPA has an immediate need for a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Analyst. #FC #Dice


Responsibilities

  • Support project management activities, including documentation, tracking, and coordination.

  • Maintain deliverables trackers, action items, and execution logs.

  • Assist in updating POA&Ms, risk registers, and project schedules.

  • Support development of process maps, standard operating procedures, and project artifacts.

  • Contribute to weekly status reports and data inputs for executive dashboards.

  • Assist with stakeholder communications and meeting coordination.

  • Perform data analysis, quality checks, and administrative support to enable program execution.


Qualifications

An active SECRET federal security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Experience with:

  • DoD/Army Financial Management
  • Providing assessments and improvements of financial statement auditability
  • Applying pertinent financial accounting standards advisory board (FASAB) policies and federal financial management systems requirements
  • Performing financial statement audits, audit readiness, or remediation services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or department
  • At least 1-3 years of experience 
  • Understanding the Army Control Catalog and the Army CAP process
  • Documenting internal controls and testing results
