Financial Analyst

Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Financial Analyst to lead analytics and reporting, support Service level Agreement (SLA) measurements, lead procurement team processes and aid decision making for complex IT projects. Responsible for producing business process and performance reports in support of the Military Customer's program management and service delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Finance, IT, or Business; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years' Financial Analyst experience supporting Federal GovCon IT programs
• Proficient in accounting software including Deltek Costpoint

• Strong spreadsheet and data visualization/dashboarding capabilities
• Strong team interaction, communication and training skills
• Experience with Army or DoW analytics and performance measurement

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Ability to achieve Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in CPSR purchasing system management and support
