- Competitive salary; $140,000 - $145,000/year depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Â
- Oversee daily operations of the Team staff serving multiple facilities.
- Provide technical guidance for construction safety and facility safety management staff.
- Provide oversight and support of EHS programs, such as Electrical Safety, Lockout Tagout, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, Hand and Power Tool Safety, Process Safety Management (or equivalent), and Industrial Hygiene Assessment.
- Lead safety and industrial hygiene field inspections and audits.
- Oversee the team's quality control (QC) efforts to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify potential risks before they impact personnel or building operations.
- Prepare and/or approve technical reports, letters, and memoranda.
- Partner with client representatives to assign work distribution across the personnel team.
- Identify motivational strategies specific to teams and individuals; develop personal relationships; support process optimization/improvements, workload distribution, and cross-training opportunities.
- Possess the knowledge and ability to influence individual safety behavior, at all levels of the organization, through direct engagement, training sessions, and multi-media communication channels.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Â
- BS or advanced degree in engineering, science, or other related discipline from an accredited university.
- Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience; or ten (10) years of directly related experience with an advanced college degree.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including crawling, climbing over obstacles, walking on uneven surfaces such as ramps and rooftops, and climbing ladders without assistance.
- CSP and/or CIH preferred.
- OSHA Train-the-Trainer certifications preferred.
- Clean credit and no criminal history.
- Federal Common Access Card (CAC) in the recent past preferred.
- Candidates must be US Citizens
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment.

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week) with occasional weekend availability.
