Position Summary


We’re looking for Learning Technology Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for the association’s learning technologies that enable enrollment, examination, badging, and credentialing. The coordinator contributes to the delivery of the association’s professional education products and services and their distribution to members and prospective members.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and maintain examinations, including processing examination requests, extending exams as requested, and processing data uploads related to examination completions.
  • Proctor examination delivery, providing data entry and quality control, and preparing materials.
  • Coordinate expiring exams and coordinate and input annual test updates into the YouTestMe system.
  • Coordinate the certificate and Credly badging processes.
  • Provide reports and date and recertification activities, including providing technical assistance and customer support to users of the association’s education systems.
  • Research, compile, and analyze data related to enrollment, testing, badging and credentialing.
  • Create products and maintain inventories within the Association Management System and Learning Management System.
  • Prepare reports and upload continuing education data to approved 3rd
  • Assist with the administration of the association’s continuing education policy, member communications, program approval processes, and audits.


Qualifications


  • Skills Requirements: Interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Multitasking, project management, planning, organization, and customer service skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management skills.
  • Knowledge Requirements: Learning Management Systems, YouTestMe, Credly use, and customer service.
  • Technology Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite. Learning Management Systems, Association Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Experience Requirements: 3 years of experience in program assistance and support, customer service, and project resolution in a professional environment. Professional association experience a plus.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Supervisory Requirements: None
  • Travel Requirements: Local travel via motor vehicle.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, both in a home and office environment. Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, phones, and printers. Visual acuity to view and analyze information on a computer screen for extended periods. Occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) for transporting a laptop or office materials between work locations. Ability to commute to the office as required (i.e., at least 3 days per week). Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, or team collaborations.
