This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Arlington, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct contract support to the government Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) by performing a variety of analytical, technical, and administrative duties.
Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of the program's logistics and maintenance lifecycle.
Serve as a key coordinator to ensure the APML has the necessary data and support to facilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) operations and make informed decisions.
Tasks Performed:
IPT Support:
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and materials; record and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Logistics Coordination: Track and monitor the status of depot-level repairs, technical manual updates, and training requirements.
- Budget & Financial Analysis: Support the development and execution of logistics program budgets by gathering data, tracking expenditures, and preparing status reports.
Fleet & Inventory Support:
- Act as a point of contact for routine fleet support requests and assist in tracking program assets by interfacing with inventory control points.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain program schedules, status reports, and other logistics documentation as required by the APML.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics management, program analysis, or a related support field.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience can be substituted for required education.
Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Program Management).
- Five (5)+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DoN) program office, particularly NAVAIR.
- Familiarity with DoD/Navy acquisition processes and policies.
- Knowledge of military maintenance procedures and inventory management systems.
Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Estimated Travel: 10%
