Understanding of local and state building codes for repair and replacement of physical plant systems. Familiarity with safety requirements and regulations. Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Skills in painting, carpentry, and flooring. Ability to operate mechanical equipment. Ability to repair minor mechanical issues.
