Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst/Scheduler to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10). In this role, you will provide integrated master schedule (IMS) development and management support for DAF/A10 and applicable MAJCOMs. This requires the coordination, deconfliction, and visualization of schedules from numerous organizations into a single, unified product addressing all nuclear (NC3 inclusive) sustainment and modernization (new acquisition inclusive) efforts.

The HAF/A10 contract delivers technical, analytical, operational, programmatic, and planning subject-matter expertise to HAF/A10 and its component divisions to advance national security strategic plans, policies, concepts, and initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities
- IMS Development & Management. Coordinate and gather schedules from all relevant stakeholder organizations. Assist in consolidating disparate schedules into a unified product, arranging milestones and action points chronologically. Identify and flag any discrepancies between different scheduling products.
- Produce a single, unified Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Critical Path & Dependency Analysis. Analyze and denote all event dependencies, identifying which events are sequential versus those that can occur in parallel. Identify and track all cross-functional relationships and dependencies. Continuously adjust event associations and the accompanying critical path as actions are modified.
- Produce a clearly defined and continuously updated critical path to mission accomplishment.
- Risk & Opportunity Management. Identify and document existing and potential risk areas within the schedule.
- Produce a risk register that categorizes all identified risks into four categories: strategic, compliance, financial, and operational.
- Product Generation & Briefing Support. Prepare and develop materials for General Officer/Senior Executive Service (GO/SES) forums.
- Produce talking points, briefing slides, and meeting materials. Generate custom graphic and text-based products from the IMS as required for daily use and senior leader decision-making.
- Security & Classification. Must handle classified material up to the TOP SECRET level.
- Produce scheduled products at various classification and releasability levels, including U.S.-only (NOFORN), FVEY, NATO, and other partner nations as required.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance with Special Access Program (SAP), and Special Access Required (SAR) program eligibility - and be able to maintain itEducation: Bachelor's degreeYears of Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline
