In this role, youāll be responsible for executing day-to-day fulfillment activities across partner accounts, providing behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures seamless delivery. Youāll work closely with internal team members, university contacts, and brand partners to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support gameday operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ā
Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platformsĀ
Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assetsĀ
Build andĀ maintainĀ strong relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholdersāserving as a trusted and respected representative ofĀ LearfieldĀ and the propertyĀ
Track inventory andĀ maintainĀ accurateĀ records of all sponsorship elements and deliverablesĀ
AssistĀ with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotionsĀ
Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on-site executionĀ
Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elementsĀ
Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reportingĀ
Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reportingĀ
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless executionĀ

Minimum Qualifications:Ā
Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome)Ā
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailĀ
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalĀ
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentĀ
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where neededĀ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ā
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home gamesĀ

Preferred Qualifications:Ā
Bachelorās degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldĀ
Previous experience supporting sponsorships, sports events, or gameday operationsĀ
Comfort working in live event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholdersĀ
