The Partnership Success Lead is a strategic people leader and portfolio manager responsible for developing high-performing Partnership Success Managers (PSMs) and driving portfolio success. Partnering closely with Development leadership, this role aligns talent, portfolio strategy, and execution to exceed organizational goals.

How You Will Contribute

Lead & Develop Talent: Coach and grow PSMs through clear goals, ongoing feedback, and performance accountability.
Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to set direction, allocate resources, and identify opportunities for transformational growth.
Own Performance: Maintain visibility into portfolio health, pipeline, and deal flow; identify risks and drive improvements.
Manage Portfolios: Directly oversee 2–3 portfolios, supporting onboarding Partnership Advisors (major gift officers) and modeling best practices for effective cultivation and stewardship.
Build Systems & Process: Guide forecasting, pipeline development, and adoption of tools (e.g., Salesforce) to drive disciplined execution.

3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Background in portfolio, pipeline, or client relationship management
