Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing timely information.
  • Manage patient medical records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Assist patients with insurance information, billing questions, and authorization processes.
  • Monitor patient flow and coordinate care transitions to minimize wait times and enhance experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in healthcare administration preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare coordination, patient services, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
