At RET Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health Family, Physical Therapist Assistants practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. This is a split position between our Lake Stevens and Arlington locations, open to full-time or part-time.

RET PT has been caring for our community since 1973, and our team members are dedicated to the following:

Treating a variety of orthopedic conditions—pre/post-surgical, sports injuries, chronic pain, and more
Fostering a fun, family-like team culture that values teamwork, learning, and development
Providing encouragement and support for advanced board certifications (Orthopedics or Sports PT)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
Complete timely, accurate documentation
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

About

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
