Schedule: Schedules vary, weekend days included, 7 day a week operation

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $800.00 - per week when working 5 days, $160 per day

Tri-Star Transport is hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Pick-Up & Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you'll operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck, delivering and picking up packages for residential and commercial customers while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck.
• Complete residential and commercial package deliveries and pickups on an assigned route.
• Load, organize, and secure packages for efficient delivery.
• Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to manage deliveries and pickups.
• Follow DOT regulations and all FedEx and Tri-Star Transport safety procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service during every stop.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading packages at the terminal when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience required.
• Experience with package delivery, moving companies, Amazon DSP, UPS, FedEx, landscaping, towing, courier services, Uber, Lyft, Kroger Delivery, or similar driving positions is welcome.
• No major moving violations or license suspensions within the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment/random drug screenings.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and strong ability to communicate.
• Must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
• Daily start time is approximately 7:45 AM.
