Position Description:
This is a new role for our company, focused on becoming the leader of our off-site sales team in the DMV. We have several contracts in the region, as well as ad-hoc Pop-up sales events which require coordination, production planning, and event execution from initial commitment to final reporting and financial reconciliation. These operations are already running, with our ownership and Store Managers executing the day to day, and we need someone to learn the ropes quickly and then take the lead.  Events include onsite sales weekly at Federal installations around Washington, DC, so you will need to be able to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous food service experience as the primary shift leader responsible for leading staff, operations, and closing procedures
  • Previous experience leading event setup, execution, tear down, and reporting while communicating with on-site stakeholders.
  • Track record of previous position(s) averaging more than two (2) years with fewer than three (3) total prior jobs
  • Open availability with heavy lean towards Fridays and Saturdays given that’s when most events occur. (We are closed on Sundays however, so you would always have that day off)
  • Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date and ServSafe equivalent within 30 days of hire if not already certified
  • Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars
  • Valid driver's license with at least 5 years without citations or insurance claims where you were at fault.
  • *Includes Bonus Structure Related to Event Earnings and Tips:
  • This role includes a built-in bonus related to event profitability and tip collections
  • The more events you work, and the better they do financially, the more you can earn
Full-Time Benefits:
  • Up to 80 hours of PTO per calendar year
  • Employee Discount
  • Free Cookies
  • Closed Sundays
Primary Work Location:
1421 S. Hayes St, Suite 110, Arlington, VA 22202 and typically within 10 miles of the store for events

Flexible work from home options available.
