This role involves conducting research, designing experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and development activities to create new chemical products and improve existing formulations. - Design and execute experiments to test product efficacy, stability, and safety. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure successful product development and launch. - Analyze and interpret data from experiments and trials to guide product development decisions. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the product development process. - Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and specifications for new products. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product development strategies. - Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and outcomes. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the chemical industry. - Proven track record of successful project management and product innovation. - Experience with formulation and testing of chemical products.
