Job Description: Role Summary:

Quartermaster AI is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our core maritime domain awareness web application and data products, specifically targeting government and defense sector customers. • Indispensable Product Development: Drive concept development for features and products that become mission-critical and indispensable tools for our defense and government users.

  • Deep, first-hand understanding of operational environments, data requirements, and technical constraints within Navy, maritime, or related defense/intelligence organizations (e.g., as a former analyst, operator, or industry partner).

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a product or feature that became a "must-have" tool for a specific end-user base, solving a critical operational problem.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to present complex technical topics and user needs to stakeholders at all levels, including senior government officials.
