Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ten (10) years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering,
and development efforts for defense organizations.
Ten (10) years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio
of programs) exceeding $100M in value.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.
Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five (5) years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.
Five (5) years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.
Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.
Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
System Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Physical Sciences
Software Engineering
Cyber Engineering
AI /ML Engineering

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Ten (10) years’ experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with
stakeholders across the DoW.
Five (5) years’ experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies
(EM/RF).

Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
