Job DetailsJob Location: 2233 AVENUE J SUITE 107 - ARLINGTON, TX 76006Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayFull job description The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates for clinical, caregiving, administrative, and operational positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops effective recruiting strategies, manages candidate pipelines, coordinates interviews, and ensures a professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable recruiting in a fast-paced healthcare or home health environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination. Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to identify current and anticipated staffing needs. Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across job boards, social media, referral networks, and other recruiting channels. Proactively source qualified candidates through online databases, professional networks, community partnerships, recruiting events, and employee referrals. Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews and document candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct employment reference checks and assist with background screening and pre-employment requirements. Prepare and coordinate employment offers in accordance with company policies and approved compensation ranges. Work closely with Human Resources and onboarding staff to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire. Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment records. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand and frequently filled positions. Build relationships with nursing schools, caregiver training programs, colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and other recruiting partners. Participate in job fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruitment initiatives. Track recruitment metrics, including applicant volume, interview activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, hiring sources, and open positions. Identify recruiting challenges and recommend strategies to improve hiring outcomes and employee retention. Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Protect confidential candidate, employee, and organizational information. Perform other recruitment and Human Resources duties as assigned. Healthcare / Home Health Recruitment Responsibilities When applicable, the Recruitment Specialist will recruit for positions such as: Registered Nurses (RNs) Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Home Health Aides (HHAs) Personal Care Attendants/Caregivers Therapists and therapy assistants Clinical supervisors and case managers Administrative and scheduling personnel Other healthcare and operational positions The Recruitment Specialist may also assist in verifying that candidates possess required professional licenses, certifications, education, experience, and other position-specific credentials before hire.
