This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting new dining experience designed to attract both travelers and the local community. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is eager to contribute to a high-quality, team-driven environment. The Role As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.   Execute with Precision: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, appearance, and portioning Support the Team: Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to maintain smooth kitchen operations during service Stay Organized: Set up and stock stations, ensuring all ingredients and tools are ready for service Uphold Cleanliness & Safety: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Adapt & Learn: Assist with new menu items and evolving concepts as Stillwater & Stone continues to grow   EOE QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (hotel or restaurant preferred) Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Dependable, organized, and committed to quality This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly launched concept and contribute to a dynamic kitchen while developing your culinary skills in a supportive, professional environment.
