Job DetailsJob Location: TX DFW - Arlington, TX 76011Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearPosition Summary: The role of the Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator is to provide scheduling and dispatch support to branch office. Opening and scheduling service jobs for the local technicians, as well as interfacing with customers and customer service to ensure proper customer response. Essential Job Functions: Scheduling/Dispatch: Open, schedule, and organize jobs for the Tech Daily dispatch of Field Service for the branch Coordinate technician workload to complete all necessary work daily, weekly and monthly ATC oil sample online submittal Receive packing slips scan and send to RGI, filing of shipment slips for the Branch Updates GP and ensures Outlook calendar is correct with jobs scheduled Coordinate with Technicians to ensure exceptional customer service Ensure top branch acct’s interface with customers informs them on status of orders and ETA of work to be done.  Duties will include but are not limited to coordinating daily, weekly and monthly service work for Service, Planned Maintenance, and information to the customer in regard to updates on Quoted Service scheduling, Warranties, and registration of generators. Serve as backup to service coordinator Audit open service call report and take proper action   Trouble calls:  Answer service customer calls for the branch office Arrange dispatch for trouble calls using tools to assign proper technician and timely response. Schedule or dispatch Technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. Collect all repay customer payment info   Additional Responsibilities: Update Service Contracts and Dispatch Cards as necessary range of responsibility are ALL customers starting with A through K. Ordering parts and informing customers on the ETA and forecasting work to be done.   Update all pertinent customer information. QualificationsEducation Requirements:           High school diploma or equivalent Post-Secondary courses and/or degree preferred. College-level Business courses strongly preferred   Experience Requirements: 2+ years of Scheduler or Dispatcher service-related experience.  2+ years of experience in a customer service/administration role.  Strong experience with MS Office products.  Experience working with and communicating regularly with all levels of employees within an organization. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.   Physical Requirements: This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.  The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching. Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.  These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms.  are in search of an example position to join our general team.
