The work:
As a Scrum Master, you will guide cross-functional teams through the Agile development process, ensuring that projects move efficiently from conception to delivery. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, helping your team maintain focus and momentum. Your responsibilities will include managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and removing obstacles that may hinder progress. You will also foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement within the team. Exposure to Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, will be highly beneficial as you coordinate with multiple stakeholders and align team efforts with organizational goals. Familiarity with backlog management tools and techniques will help you prioritize tasks and ensure that user stories are well-defined and actionable. Experience in leading Agile ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and adapting to changing project requirements will to your success in this role. Your ability to coach team members and promote best practices will be essential in driving high performance and delivering value to the organization.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and actionable for the development team
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment
- Track and communicate team progress and performance metrics
- Promote continuous improvement within the team
Here's what you need:
- 2+ years' of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- 1+ years experience in a team or customer service environment.
- 1+ years experience in an IT environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products or projects.
