Senior Financial Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The Senior Financial Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting senior ONR government personnel with financial execution tasks (government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, execution management, and reporting against commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks). The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self-starter (motivated), and a team player. Candidates should have proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• A high school diploma with at least fifteen (15) years of experience providing administrative, business, and financial support OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and ten (10) years of experience providing administrative, business and financial support.
• Some experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, executive management, and reporting on commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks is preferred.
• Experience developing and executing complex programmatic tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with Government and S&T contractor/grantee personnel in order to meet program manager needs.
• Experience with and knowledge of acquisition strategies related to the procurement of research and development. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power-Point.
• Navy ERP (Navy Accounting System) or similar system experience.
• Effective at working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to complete tasks fast and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Ability to track and follow through on projects to completion.
• Superior organization and interpersonal skills.

Position Location:

Government office located in Arlington, VA [Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite/2-3 days per week telework)]

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 (annualized USD).  This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of ATSI's total compensation package. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.
