This position will provide financial, budgetary, program management, and administrative support to ensure effective execution of law enforcement-related activities and daily business operations.   Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.   Responsibilities: Provides advanced financial analysis, IT investment and lifecycle cost management, and strategic budget analysis Support the planning and creating of the Spend Plan and Funds Availability reports Track Cost Share Model (CSM) funds as they are received from other USMS divisions and report results Work as Point of Contact (POC) for Treasury G-Invoicing for ITD - submit, create, and modify all ITD reimbursable agreement orders Respond to internal and external ad-hoc data calls ensuring acquisition decisions are fiscally sound and complaint with applicable policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 9 years of experience in the above responsibilities Strong knowledge of finance operations and accounting, understanding finance principles Knowledge of government portfolio management Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office tools   Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience supporting Law Enforcement Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) experience   About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.  Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth.
