The successful candidate will support the program manager supporting program execution, stakeholder integration, and technology transition activities. This includes bridging advanced technology development with Intelligence Community (IC) priorities, evaluating adversary industrial base trends, overseeing contract execution, coordinating with Joint Force and national agency partners, and preparing/delivering executive-level program briefings.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant operational or technical experience in military intelligence, dynamic targeting, or national security program support
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, analytical, or strategic field
- Formal training or operational qualification in Joint Targeting, Weaponeering, and Combat Assessment (e.g., Joint Targeting School or equivalent)
- Experience with dynamic system targeting concepts and nodal approaches e.g. counter-C5ISR, counter-logistics, counter-terrorist networks
- Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison to the Intelligence Community (IC) and integrating national-level intelligence priorities into operational or technical projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced PowerPoint presentation skills)
- Strong communication skills—both written and oral—with a demonstrated ability to translate complex intelligence and technical concepts for senior defense decision-makers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to urgent, time-sensitive requests
- Direct experience with government project management, technology demonstrations, or transition planning with partners such as OSD SCO, and Combatant Commands
- Master’s degree in Policy Analysis, economics or a related field
- Background as a military Intelligence Officer with weapons and tactics expertise (e.g., USAF Weapons School, USN/USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor [WTI])
- Active Special Access Program (SAP) access and experience working at the TS/SCI and SAP levels
- Familiarity with modern analytic methodologies, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) research pipelines, quantitative data analytics, or AI/LLM applications for threat modeling and simulation
- Knowledge of counter-C5ISRT, space/counter-space operations, and contested environment operational concepts
- Mission focus with enthusiasm for daily high-impact work and clear, concise, direct communication
- Serve as primary liaison between PMs, the Intelligence Community, Joint Force elements, and strategic mission partners
- Support programmatic document development and technical proposal review for ongoing program acquisition efforts
- Manage execution of ongoing demonstration activities and lead operational concept development for emerging capabilities
- Advise on integrating adversary capability assessments, doctrine, and industrial/economic motivations into modeling, simulation, and program roadmaps
- Develop technical documentation, strategic briefs, and transition plans to communicate program status to senior defense leadership
- Organize and coordinate activities across a dispersed, multidisciplinary team of military, government, and industry personnel
