This role ensures efficient operation, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations while optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and adjust SNX equipment according to production specifications and company standards. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects or inconsistencies. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, identify equipment malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team. Process Monitoring: Monitor machine settings, operational parameters, and material usage to maintain efficiency. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any operational issues. Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to improve processes and production flow. Work Environment: Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials. May involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Shift work, including nights, weekends, or overtime, may be required. QualificationsQualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience operating SNX or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC, automated systems, or production equipment. Attention to Detail: Ability to detect inconsistencies or defects in the manufacturing process. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations. Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification in machinery operation or manufacturing is a plus. Forklift certification (if applicable).
