The Sustainment Training Analyst supports the deployment and ongoing sustainment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Modernization Training system. This role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, curriculum architecture, and learning technologies to create effective, engaging training solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, collaborates with the Training team, and develops innovative instructional strategies to address complex performance needs.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include coordinating with the EHR vendor and site leads to transition to sustainment, preparing site teams for sustainment training, and managing the handoff for future management.
 
The analyst will facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage and report training metrics, deliver client briefings, and address external inquiries from entities like GAO, Congress, or media.
 
 Additional duties include handling ad-hoc client requests and coordinating Block release training materials with the government client and EHR vendor Learning team.


Required Skills
Success in this role requires proven experience in instructional design, adult learning, curriculum architecture, and learning technologies, with the ability to design creative, learner-centered solutions.
 
Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for engaging with government clients, EHR vendors, and site leads.
 
Experience in managing training metrics, delivering briefings, and addressing external inquiries is required, along with proficiency in ServiceNow or similar systems.
 
The ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous environment is critical.


Preferred Skills
Preferred skills include familiarity with EHR systems and implementation processes, experience in large-scale training programs and sustainment transitions, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address training incidents and improve processes.
