What You Will Do:

The Systems Training and User Support Senior Consultant will join a dynamic team supporting a global implementation of an IT system at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will assist with the deployment, user support, and training for end-users of a global IT system. 

Day to day responsibilities may include:

  • Creating training materials to include manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises to educate users on system functionalities

  • Conducting training sessions for different user groups, addressing user needs, and answering questions about the system

  • Providing troubleshooting assistance to users during implementation phase and addressing any post-deployment issues


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • THREE (3) years’ experience with system administration, software deployment, and/or systems training


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • State Department experience (or other international agency)

  • Experience with Archibus or Kahua platforms

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing project requirements
