 Work location: Texas Health Resources System Service 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX. 76011

(Primarily Remote - Currently, 4 days a week at home, and Wednesdays in office)

Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week. 

Tax and Financial Reporting  Department highlights:

What You Will Do: 

Prepares data for filing of required tax filings Forms 990 and 990T including all THR auxillaries. 20%25
Prepares and is responsible for the preparation of required tax filings for Welfare Benefit Plans, Summary Annual Reports and other pension plan filings.  20%25

Supports in the filings of the AHA surveys and charity care reporting 20%25
Is responsible for gathering and organizing the due diligence information required for THR tax exempt bonds 20%25
Is responsible for supplemental end of year information gathering and reporting end of year compensation to payroll 10%25

Responsible for accurate Form W-9 and Texas Sales tax forms upon request from THR entities.  10%25
