POSITION SUMMARYÂ
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager and Metrics Lead to join our team supporting. In this role you will lead complex IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and strong customer engagement. This role also serves as the Customer Engagement and Metrics Lead, driving transparency, self‑service adoption, and data‑driven decision‑making across the program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about explicitly demonstrating value created by the technical delivery team.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project & Technical Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate technical teams, architects, and engineering resources to drive solution implementation.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and operational sequencing for all assigned workstreams.
- Ensure readiness for deployment activities, including schedule‑sensitive and cross‑team integrations.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as primary engagement lead for customer stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
- Establish a positive, transparent transition and delivery environment through consistent touchpoints and structured updates.
- Promote trust and partnership by driving responsiveness, clarity, and outcome‑focused dialogue.
- Metrics, Reporting & Program Transparency
- Develop and maintain data‑driven dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to communicate program health and outcomes.
- Translate complex delivery data into executive‑ready insights and narratives.
- Champion self‑service reporting capabilities to reduce manual effort and increase stakeholder visibility.
- Process Standardization & Governance
- Design, standardize, and manage program‑level processes and tools, including:
- Risk and issue management
- Incident response workflows
- Agile practices and ceremonies
- Deliverable tracking and quality controls
- SharePoint structures, repositories, and document governance
- Ensure consistent adoption of best practices across all workstreams.
- Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Lead efficiency initiatives focused on automation, self‑service, and reduction of operational friction.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance delivery velocity and predictability.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure repeatable, scalable execution patterns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance Public Trust
- Education bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)
- 5–8+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in complex environments.
- Years of experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage customer relationships.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, risk management, and operational governance.
- Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.Â
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
WORKING CONDITIONSÂ
Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday (list any particular schedule). Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting. Â
