Job Summary

LSI Staffing is seeking a skilled Test Bay Technician to perform final inspections and testing on completed trucks before shipment for a growing manufacturing team in the Benbrook/Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

Perform final inspections and testing on completed trucks prior to shipment.
Test hydraulic systems including cranes, compressors, and water pumps.
Troubleshoot and repair 12-volt electrical systems and lighting.
Complete quality inspection checklists and document test results, serial numbers, and pressure settings.
Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure units meet company standards.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulics and/or 12-volt electrical systems preferred.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Background in manufacturing, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or related fields is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
